Seder Plate Design Workshop

Multi-colored hand-painted seder plates with our very own Lievnath in the left hand corner with her bright red curly hair and a big smile, painting her own

Kesemy Design Studio, Amsterdam

Korte Koningsstraat 2104/04 18:30

It’s that time of year again! When we start to think of Pesach and all the things we need to do to prepare. We invite you to make your unique centerpiece for the festive dinner and design the Seder plate. It’s become an Oy Vey tradition to collaborate with Kesemy Design Studio to decorate our own Seder plates. The workshop offers two-hours of blissful peace, painting your own round ceramic bisque plate.

In this 2-hour workshop, you will get one round bisque plate to decorate and create your beautiful Seder plate. You will learn about decorative painting techniques to make your stunning handmade piece.

We will use under-glaze colors which are ideal for detailed decoration.

Once completed, your project will be dipped in a clear glaze to give it a shiny look and fired in the Kesemy kiln, and your project will be ready for pick up in a couple of days.

The workshop is in English.

Please be on time or a bit before.

The class size is limited to 10 people at a cost of 65 euros per person, which includes tea and snacks.

No experience is necessary; the workshop is intended for all levels.
