1 Feb - Tu B’Shevat Cabaret!

Ladies and Gentlemen, Bois and Girrrrrrrrrls, Gays and Theys… step right up to the Tu B’Shevat Cabaret!

It may be winter outside, but at the cabaret it’s a warm start to the New Year for the Trees.

To mark the sap rising and the bulbs peaking out of the earth, we bring you performances to fill the evening with light, laughter, community, and nature. Imagine Dutch Cabarete meets New York Vaudvielle meets mysticism – the best of our multi-cultural Jewish traditions, with a modern twist.

There will be song and dance; there will be comedy and drag! And of course a surprise or two to keep things weird.

This is the first event in Oy Vey’s new home space – so come take a peak at what we’re building.

You can put your own mark on the event by dressing up and entering our best dressed tree contest or by participating in our give a tree a voice booth. And you can make your mark on our space by making it rain on our performers to keep on funding our space and programs.

Whatever your pleasure, the cabaret is up to measure.
