Join us for our monthly afternoon of meditation, sound healing, and singing together! Guided by Maia.

These gatherings are an invitation to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and share the simple joy of being in community, connecting also with the magic of jewish and spiritual chant. We will combine short guided meditations, sound healing interludes and singing together— no musical or meditative experience is needed, just your presence and willingness to join in.

This is a lighthearted and supportive space where everyone is welcome, whether you’re curious to try something new or simply looking for a nourishing break in your week.

Maia Steinberg is a singer, composer, sound healer, interdisciplinary maker and community artist from Uruguay, living in the Netherlands. She is the founder of Project A – A Voice Journey, a company dedicated to creating projects at the intersection of vocal arts and social impact. At the heart of her work lie the values of community, participation, and transformation. Through interdisciplinary performance art, community events and working with wellbeing song repertoires, she seeks to open spaces for wellbeing and authentic connection on different levels.
