Don't Miss this Chance to Learn with Shefa Gold!

Oy Vey hosts Jewish events and learning opportunities in the Netherlands.

Learn with Shefa Gold

Don’t miss an opportunity to learn with Shefa Gold this coming Saturday, 24 May! It will be soul nourishing, and it’s for you. You don’t have to have mystical leanings or spiritual desires. You don’t have to be able to sing. You don’t have to know anything about Jewish tradition. You just have to be willing to try to open your heart. I know that’s not always easy to do. But we will learn together.

Here’s what Shefa Gold says about how she came to her practice:

“I’m looking at the tradition as a great treasure house that I can pull from in order to find these tools – I call them medicines – that are going to be tools of transformation to bring me to a more open, loving, and less judgmental space…”

That quote is from a podcast episode on Judaism Unbound that featured her. When I got to the end of the episode, I thought: I want to learn from Shefa Gold! She talked about chanting, Jewish practice, and community building. It lit me up! It’s what we are trying to do here at Oy Vey.

And now, for a few hours on Saturday, I have my chance to learn from her. There are still spots, so please join. I, for one, can’t wait to see you.

Love and peace,

Tori
